Seoul was the site of the 1988 Summer Olympic Games. I rode my bike from my apartment along the riverside park and trail (created for the Olympics) to get to the Olympic Plaza. There was a decent museum and a lot of outdoor spaces to wander around during a visit.
This is the World Peace Gate.
Literally EVERY person on the World Peace Grounds is on rollerblades! It is scary to walk through the plaza and I kept close to the edges. I felt like I should keep my bike helmet on while I walked! (Several times on later dates I brought my rollerblades to join them.)
