Getting Started

I've decided to use copies of emails I sent during my travels in Asia as the basis for much of this blog.  This process was made immensely more difficult when I realized that 'sent mail' is not forever, and I no longer have copies of most of the emails I thought I had kept.  I will be relying on the kindness of my friends and family who are email hoarders, and will supplement from memory.
